Voip E911 is handled in the same way as traditional "land lines". Much like a cell phone, an emergency services operator will ask you where you are and they wil verify that againt our database. This information is entirely based upon our "database". At Pivical all you need to do is call us in the event that:
A:) You are moving.
B:) You take your phone with you on vacation.
C:) Take it with you anywhere other than home and still want emergency services to know where you are.
In the event that you "forget" to do so you will need to inform the 911 operator of your "physical location". Otherwise they will go to the address listed which will be where we installed your service.
